Gregg Fine’s ear for new sounds is matched only by his command over tradition.  The thirty-four year-old producer, programmer, and guitarist grounds his contemporary work in jazz, drum ‘n bass, hip-hop, pop, and electronica with a thorough background of musical structure, form, and technology.  Gregg studied music at the University of Miami, California Institute of the Arts and the New School For Social Research with teachers such as Jim Hall, Charlie Haden and Pat Metheny.  He has appeared on Liquid Sky Music as “American Space Travelers” and has collaborated with Holly Palmer, Mr. Eon, The Incredible Moses Leroy, De La Soul, Manu Dibango, Esthero, and The Isley Brothers.
